My delivery arrived right on time, which was exactly what I was hoping for. No issues on my end, so I’m happy with it...

The bread is fresh and soft every time I get it, and the croissants are really good too. My family keeps asking me to bring more home, so... yeah, it never lasts long.

I’ve ordered from Breadfast a few times now, everything has shown up exactly how I picked it. No missing items, no random wrong products, even the little stuff was included. Delivery was smooth too. It’s SUCH a relief not having to check every bag and complain after every order.

I had a problem with my order and ended up asking for a refund. It took about 2 days to come through, which was a bit annoying, but to be fair, they did sort it out in the end. Support was fine overall, not amazing, but not bad either

I’ve saved a decent amount thanks to the promos, especially on days when I’m trying to keep costs down. They’re usually useful, I just wish some of the better discounts lasted a bit longer.

The app itself looks fine, but delivery still isn’t available in my area. I even tried reaching out about it, but it felt like nobody actually read my message and I just got brushed off.

I usually grab my everyday stuff here, and the prices feel fair most of the time. I’ve found a few deals that actually helped me save a bit, which is always nice. The only thing I wish was better is the delivery fee, it can feel a little high sometimes.

Not gonna lie, Breadfast is okay overall, but the payment part can be a bit annoying sometimes. My card got declined once for no obvious reason, then worked fine later like nothing happened. The orders still show up, so it’s not a huge deal, but I do wish the payment process felt a bit more reliable.

I’ve ordered a few times and it’s kind of a toss-up on delivery. Sometimes it shows up right on time, other times it’s later than expected. The food itself is fine, but obviously if you’re ordering delivery, the timing matters too. Just wish they were a bit more consistent

I’ve been ordering most of my fruits and veggies from Breadfast lately, i think it’s good value for the quality you get. The tomatoes, bananas, cucumbers, and everything else have been fresh, clean, and not bruised like the ones I sometimes end up with from supermarkets. Delivery is usually quick, which is great, but what really makes it worth it for me is that the produce feels carefully picked. I’ve ordered a few times a week so far and haven’t had a bad experience yet.

I’ve ordered from breadfast a few times now, i kind of regret not using them earlier. The cold items actually show up cold, which has not always been my experience with other deliveries. Milk, yogurt, even frozen stuff arrived in good shape and wasn’t half warm by the time it got to me. Happy with it tbh.

I mainly use Breadfast because, they’ve made it way too easy to get almost everything I need in one place, and I’m kind of annoyed at how dependent I’ve become on it.
They’ve got bakery stuff, milk, snacks, coffee, frozen items, fruit, cleaning products, and even random little home things. I go in expecting to grab one thing, and then I see normal brands, fresh options, and half the stuff I forgot I needed.
It’s their fault I can’t just order bread anymore. I open the app for a loaf and somehow end up checking off half my grocery list, but I can’t deny it makes weekly shopping so much easier.

Prices seemed fair too, not super cheap, but reasonable for the quality and convenience. To be fair, it saves me a trip to the store most days, and I’ve been happy with what I got

I had a problem with my order and was frustrated at first 😅 but customer support got back to me fast and fixed everything without any hassle. They sorted out the refund/solution and actually made me feel heard. I’d definitely order again.

To be fair, I don’t know if that was on their side, my bank, or just my connection at the time.
Cash on delivery is available, which is helpful, but I’d personally like to see more wallet options or a simpler saved-card setup. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, and maybe other people haven’t run into this, but from my experience it could use a bit of improvement.

I reached out for help and then basically sat around forever waiting for a reply. The so-called support team felt more like the disappearing act department. Not a great experience.

The annoying part is the minimum order amount. Sometimes I literally just need bread or milk, but then I have to add random things I didn’t actually plan to buy. It makes the app less convenient than it claims to be. I’d probably use it a lot more if they lowered that minimum.
